Play in Commissioner mode,turn off Trades in the League Setup. Look up the transaction page for your particular season on
Baseball-Reference.com - Major League Baseball Statistics and History, decide on the trades that you deem significant. Go to the trade screen in OOTP, pick the players you want to trade and push the Force Trade button.
