In the old V5 days, Potential used to be "Poor," "Fair." "Average," "Good," and "Brilliant." (oh, for the old days.

)

I always looked at is at if:

Poor = 1-40
Fair = 41-80
Average = 81-120
Good = 121-160
Brilliant = 161-200
