I know people are busy working with the new game, but the more I investigate this situation the more inclined I am to believe this has something to do with the fact that I'm using a Korean language OS, often with Korean language in the path names. Can anyone shoot that idea down?

I've reinstalled the game (ver. 9.2.13) on both my work and home computers (both Korean OS), and have attempted to extract the file into my saved game folders on both. In each case I get the same error.
