The league file should be downloaded to a Desktop Baseball.lg folder in your OOTP saved games folder. The images can be saved in your Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\saved_games\Desktop Baseball.lg\news\images folder. The jerseys folder in that zip, should be saved in the Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\saved_games\Desktop Baseball.lg\jerseys\ folder
