What is even scarier to me than the effect this has on injuries, is the effect it may be having on player development.
Why is it that team X's top prospects routinely flameout? or some teams have monster farm systems, despite picking later more often than not.
Same could be said for major league success as well. I would hate to find out that my online managerial career has been handicapped by lame or retired staffers that were supposed to be turned off in the first place.
BTW, I don't think this only happens when a setting is changed, I remember creating solo leagues with no coaches or staff and doing a csv data dump and getting a coaches file and a staff file filled with info - I will have to double check this to be sure.
