I do have to note. That I would with his baserunning abilities consider taking him in say a Rule V draft, if he had enough batting talent to make for at least a decent AA hitter, and he played great defense. I am always trying to look on the Rule V trash heap to find my usual 25th man. And a speedy OF that plays good defense is the type I look for. And then use him as PR with him going out the next half inning at an OF position. (I have had a couple players like that where I used him in about 70 games and got less than 20 ABs out of them.)

I've had pitchers with numbers like him, too.
You'll notice (no doubt) that he's not a bad bunter. If he does end up in that 20 AB range, he might get four or five bunt singles, and maybe a few sacrifices.
