A lot of us play with basic house rules. For example, I keep waivers off. I never offer a trade to the AI, nor do I negotiate a trade when they make me an offer. I either take their offer straight up or not at all.

Sometimes if I'm desperate to move a player I'll use the Shop Around feature and make a one for one trade, but even then the AI will sometimes include prospects I don't think they should move. In those cases I just won't take 'em.
