I love Swisher for this team, they needed him. He has been a breath of fresh air to the team. But you can still have fun without that. I seriously doubt the mo hawk will last very long, once the Steinbrenner's get wind of it, it'll be gone.
Paul O'Neill and David Cone disliked the pie also. As long as its a rarity, but I don't want this team becoming a bunch of morons like the 2004 Red Sox.

The pie in the face I see nothing wrong with at all. The Yankees were way too uptight in the last few years and both Girardi and the broadcast booth have talked about how a guy like Nick Swisher was necessary to the team. Teams need to be relaxed and a good, fun environment allows players to focus on the game.
I enjoyed Nick Swisher cautiously looking around while being interviewed after last night's game. You just knew he was waiting for a pie to the face.
