Here's the dilemma: If the entire DB is updated, there is a possibility that ratings of several fighters currently active in the league may have changed. For continuity sake, I don't think it would be a good idea to do this, as it could affect the cap numbers for teams with any of these fighters with different ratings.

As for adding a fighter to the league, I really don't see an issue with using a 'new' rating that is now the official downloaded version. Also, guys may pick a fighter who happens to not be in the original DB.

With the current hiatus of Scot (SAL), I really did not want to address this issue right now, but now that its out there, does anyone have any ideas or feedback?

Being only a day away from the draft, I don't want to make a really big deal about this. When I get some time, I will make a copy of the UTBA-II universe and try and update the DB - just to see what happens and how many fighters are affected.
