Roberto Alomar is undoubtedly the most talented player to ever put on the Blue Jays uniform. (Roger Clemens in his brief stint as a Jay does not count, and even if he did, I would still pick Alomar).
In terms of Alomar vs. Carter -- add on the fact that Joe Carter is, by all accounts, a class A jerk -- it really is no contest.
