Wait...That's not right at all. Why would you say the minor league LT/LTM's should replicate MLB? That has not been my experience. You need to enter correct LT's for the specific league (PCL, GCL, etc.)- to establish the correct ratios for that league- and then you will need to adjust the LTM's to tweak the output. The numbers will never come out correctly if done as you describe.....Maybe I am mis-understanding you?
