I see a lot of quirky ratings here including Kason Gabbard being a 4 star potential pitcher, Dan Giese being a 5 star reliever, turning Jayson Werth and Elijah Dukes into superstars after decent seasons last year, Kris Benson being an almost 5 star reliever, and the most obvious is the Joe Saunders debacle. That's just a few as there seem to be many quirky ratings throughout MLB. This is with scouting off. Anyone who helped develop the game have any idea about these?
