Well, I'm not, so I might be barking up the wrong tree.

But what if you created "nations" for college conferences. Such as the Pac-10 "nation" and ACC "nation", and then you could assign population levels and talent levels (Excellent, Very Good, ..... Non-existant, like the nations are rated now) and segregate talent that way, couldn't you?

I mean it would be a little more than that, but am I on to something here or way off base?

EDIT: Or you could maybe just create 5 "USA College nations, such as USA College A, B, C, D, E" ranking from Excellent to down to Poor and then using the team by team nation thing assign individual schools to either a really good nation or a really bad one, couldn't you?? Again, I'm not familiar with the details of this.
