Correct.
The problem is the team has a budget in year one of let's say $60 million and the media contract for that year is $7.5 million. As we proceeded to the new year the team media budget for the new year was $25 million, a substantial increase. However the team's budget for the new year was substantially lower. The budget number was the prior year gate revenue plus the prior year merchandising revenue. Nothing was included for media revenue.
I can probably duplicate the problem. It comes from a solo league using the NABA quick start.
