The TCBL has converted from version 9 to OOTPX and unfortunately with the conversion, we have lost a few Gm's.
Its a relatively new leagues, we only have one season under our belt, but this league is sort of a spin off of a previous league that went on for about 4 years before the main commish disappeared. I was the backup commish there and I didn't want the league to be totally dead, so I got together with my trusty right hand man Dan Hyde to create this league. We carried over some other Gm's from that league, so we have a solid foundation.
Some of the features of note...
-24 team fictional league. We allow new incoming owners to customize the team if they wish, including home city, logo, uniforms and so on.
-Talent only, meaning no actual ratings are displayed. You are basing your evaluations of players off of their potential and actual performance stats only.
-Feeder Leagues.
