That's alright. You don't need to have or be in an online league to post there. Since the answers to this question may help others in the future I'll move it to the commish board and leave a temporary redirect at this board for you.

The manual suggests we need a Web Server to upload the necessary files...
However, do we need a Web Server? After all, the manual pretty much sort of suggested it and not necessarily required it; at least that's how I perceived it the way it was written.
Is it possible to just simply, as the Comissioner, e-mail the bundled file(s) to your other Human Managers (in this case, my Dad and/or friends)?
I'm not web savvy with all that web server stuff. So I'm not too keen on going the Web Server route. Just looking for a very simple solution.
In a related question, when the Human Manager is able to download the Commissioner's bundled file(s), then obviously (depending on the Commissioner's upload settings) that Manager will be able to look up all the Player Reports, News, Statistical histories, etc., correct? Nothing will be missing, unless of course the Commissioner unchecked certain uploading settings.
Thanks.

Having a webhost is probably the easiest way to go about it, but it's not absolutely necessary. I wouldn't recommend email though. Update files can be pretty big, bigger than a lot of email services individual email limit. I'd recommend either making torrents or using something like Serv-U. Either way, your computer will have to constantly (or at least often enough for your fellow members to get the file) be on, but if you're cool with that then they should work fine. That said, if you're looking for a really simple solution neither of those might be it for you. I mean, once you do it once they're really easy and in my opinion they're fairly easy to learn, but if you think using an FTP client with a webhost is too complicated (that's easier and way faster than email IMO), then those are a bit more complicated. Bottom line, you could try email, maybe your update files will be small enough for everyone, but you do have other options if that doesn't end up working for you.
Correct, unless something's just not coming to mind for me. And they won't be able to see inside the editor or something like that unless they're marked as a commish.
