Hey guys, here is my scenario.

I have imported a custom 16 team league from OOTP 8 into OOTP 10. I have played 2 seasons since the import now and have noticed some drastic problems with the ratings of every pitcher in the league. The highest stuff rating of any pitcher in the league is an 11 out of 20. There are only 9 pitchers who have a stuff rating over 7 out of 20. This means 5 star pitchers with 6 or below in the stuff category. In the two years since the input league batting averages have jumped from .259 to .301 and league ERA's have gone 4.09 to 5.35. Is there anyway I can fix the ratings and get the numbers back to normal so that I can fix this league?
