There are actually only three cities in the entire cities file that are spelled St. St. Louis is one of them and the other two is St. Anthony and St. Johns both in Newfoundland. I wonder why those 3 cities are spelled that way but the others aren't? I'm sure St. Helens was spelled that way before lol.
