I was worried that might happen. Without going into boring detail about the roster editing process, all the contract changes need to be made last, in the final version of the game file, so if some kind of real life issue crops up for a couple of volunteers just before release, these changes might not get made, and I think that's what happened. Luckily we can get a corrected roster set out when we have time to make the changes - the roster file doesn't need to be included as part of a patch - so I'd guess that sometime soon there will be a new file with better contract data included.
