1) Did you ever get this problem fixed on your end by some other means?
2) Depending on what operating system you have, you can usually just right-click on your league folder (inside the saved games folder) and one of the options will be to zip it up or .rar it if you have either of those programs installed.
I'm not familiar with the other compression programs, but maybe someone else can give you more guided instructions.
What system are you using? And do you recall ever installing WinZip?
