Which platform are you on?
I would try an complete uninstall/install.
Complete as in getting rid of everything OOTP10.
(there are a few files floating round in the application data folders as well if you know your way round a PC).
(this won't affect your licence by the way)
Whilst patches are great at what they do, they sometimes don't paint
over all the cracks (if you know what I mean).
