I hit a snag in a tie-breaker situation during my sim to 1919.
In the past and all of my tests, every time I had scheduled a one-game playoff the winner had always been crowned the champion. Apparently I was just getting lucky, because I'm not sure what tie-breakers are used, or whether or not you are allowed to schedule any additional games with playoffs disabled.

Once I figure out tie-breakers I'll restart the history file.
That idea about the 2nd last vs 2nd place is very interesting, thanks.
It creates the cool scenario of 2 teams possibly moving up in a season.
Might try and figure out a way to include that.
