All you've done is make assertions about the inferior quality of refs from nations other than England (while somehow still maintaining that English refs are awful, which I don't quite get) without backing it up. Hell, you haven't even defined what a "lesser nation" is. Other than you thinking that that's the way it should be, what basis do you have for thinking that referees from places other than England, Spain, or Italy (presumably) perform worse in international tournaments?
