the way I set up the file was for the PREMIERDB to be extracted onto your C: drive, just straight onto it away from your OOTP folder. then you don't need to adjust anything.
If you placed the PREMIERDB somewhere else, you just need to go into the setup for both leagues (Premier & 1st Division) and change the path of the database for each league to the correct path (wherever you put it).
