The OOTP application on the Mac is susceptible to being damaged. I had thought that was old news, but based on some recent reports, I think it may still be true. There are some hidden files, including a license file. Possibly these are getting damaged.

Possibly putting a lot more information about your configurations, where you have the game installed on your computer, etc., your internet connections, might provide some clues.

I wish I could tell you exactly what my setup is, but I am not nearly as mac savvy as I am windows. I installed the game to whatever the default was. My laptop is on and connected to the internet enough to satisfy pisd's requirements (at least according to what I read back before the game came out) But if you can tell me what exactly what info may be needed and where to find it, ill gladly tell whoever may need it to help solve the problem.
