The only acknowledgement, by the powers that be, in this thread that there is a problem was this comment by Markus--
"Now regarding Millwood, there seems to be a problem with overall ratings at times. It is being looked into."
I think we need to take him at his word. So, that means the problem that was logged and being looked into is some times there is a problem with OVR.
