Yeah, the GUBA (36 team league with full minors), the file takes I'd assume 15-20 minutes to upload to the server and just a couple of minutes to download.
The HTML is the brutal part - it basically takes all night because of the amount of files to upload. When we run a sim at 11pm Eastern, we'll say "HTML in the morning" and it will be up 9 or 10am simply because that's how long it takes. Now, that's with OOTP9 which has a well-known issue with how long it takes to generate reports. I don't know about OOTPX.
