I have saved a template of the startup. I decided to do a quick check and see if the setup had anything to do with it. So i created from the template, started it up, exited out. Then I started it back up with no problems. I have no idea why. All I changed with the file causing the errors were uniforms, logos, stadiums and the such. No settings other than cities that I misspelled the first time or giving teams with names like Texas or Michigan cities to play in like Detroit and Houston.
