this was a bug that was never addresses and if you read the thread I started back in the end of July we can't seem to find it. Also the problem still exists and has made the game impossible to play as a historical sim..Here is the link to the original support thread..

I know you are busy but this is the second thread with a problem that is making it impossible to play an historic sim
