Why you want to be in this league? I was in a league back with OOTP 6, and then it kind of fizzled, and I've had an interest in getting back into one since I came back to the game for version's 9 and 10.
How many other leagues are you in? None right now, but I used to play leagues with Diamond Mind, and then OOTP.
