It's problematic, if that's where you're picking storage items. I've run into this myself. I don't know if it's even practical to have the Team Color/Etc selections made from there within the program. As a workaround, when I've known exactly what I wanted to do, I either simply found the file and renamed it in the appropriate location OR took it outside that directory and loaded from within the game. I'll revisit it later and BZ it with a follow up after I've done so.
