I used to have Pow web, and it was pretty good. At first there wasn't much "extra" stuff you could do from the web based control center with your web space. But over time they added all kinds of stuff like being able to set up a message board with a few clicks...chat room apps...etc.

I have a lot of free time at work, but no admin rights to the work computers so being able to do many things with the webspace through web based controls would be a good thing.

Anyone have a host they could recommend?

Of course, lots of memory space for a decent price is a must as well.
