jazzrack has us on
hostmonster and it's pretty good I'd say (I like it much better than when I used to use Powweb which was admittedly years ago). I'm not sure all what exactly you're looking for when it comes to web-based apps however. It has phpmyadmin which I sometimes use and it seems to have a pretty good system for setting up accounts, but other than that I don't use many of its features. I suppose I could give you some screenshots of its cpanel (I'd black out the private info) or its simple scripts page which lists a few forums (including phpbb, which is what we use manually, and SMF), chat scripts (WebSiteAlive, phpFreeChat), and several other scripts (including Wordpress, Joomla, SohoLaunch, etc), if you'd like. Personally, I think I'd rather install a forum manually (I also greatly prefer to transfer files via FTP than via some web-based app), but if you like web-based apps then yeah, it has quite a few.
