Do you save all box scores, replays etc? How old (seasons) is the league.

I do not save any boxscore or replays, I am currently in 2003 after starting in 1945, with MLB, AAA, AA, and A

Computer specs ie operating system, processor, RAM, HDD size and space remaining. Are you saving to an external HDD?
XP Home Edition; X86 Family 15 Model 3 2393 mhz; 4GB total; 1.95 remainingl no external

Have you defragmented recently?
No
That 4GB is your RAM right? I'm thinking your HDD should be 100GB-300GB maybe much more. If you are close to the HDD capacity things will slow down.

Everything else looks good. OOTPX really fragments HDD. I don't know that defragging would solve your problem but I'd certainly recommend it.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
