SUGGESTION: Under League Setup, you should be able to set maximum ages for affiliated minor leagues. Currently you can only do so for unaffiliated minors or for parent leagues.
REASON: Real life, and common sense. In real life lower level minors do have de facto age limits, though they're expressed as limits on years of service. Rookie leagues are limited to age 20 max, Short Season A leagues to age 22, and Single A leagues to age 24. AA and AAA have no maximum ages, but there's no reason you shouldn't be able to set one in the game, or to alter the limits for lower level leagues.
PRIORITY: high. This is just common sense, and it should be a quick fix
