I'm still using OOTP 9 and am happy with it but having pre-paid for 10 and STILL not being able to use it is pretty much inexcusable at this point.

As the game is still currently unusable when importing from OOTP 9 due to this problem:

BZ 3134: Major problem with pitching staffs

I would like to formally request a refund or a full credit for next year's version.

Should anyone else feel the same, please add to this thread.
