Either a list that you set to let other GMs know you are looking for a second baseman, starting pitcher, or prospect, etc. This combined with "on-the-block" could trigger an offer from another GM.

In the same general area I would like to be able to say what I'm looking for when I shop a player. So often I am looking for, lets say a thirdbaseman, and I am offered starting pitchers for a player I shop.
