Saman Sorjaturong (#11) MDPts Johnny Hill (#54)

According to most at ringside Hill was on the wrong side of a home decision. It appeared that the Scotsman had finished the fight on top and done enough to secure a close points win.

The judges saw something different. One gave it as a draw whilst the other two had it for the Thai slugger by two points.

Hill kept up the good tournament record of the Scottish and had no problems dealing with Sorjaturong's much vaunted power.

The Thai fighter will meet Newsboy Brown in the next round.
