Disabled List
Ability to activate a player from the disabled list directly to a minor league team. We see this in MLB where star players coming back from major injury playing a few games in the minor leagues.

Trade Specific Draft Picks
Ability to trade a specific draft pick in a round if they have multiple draft picks in the round.
