It is the job of all managers to guide their school to the National Championship

Over/Potential Ratings: Stars
Overall ratings based on players, Not position
Article II - Game Play
Each team has a roster of 18 players (there are no expanded rosters) these players vary in ages between 18 and 24, These players are not tradeable (though you can release them and open a scholarship spot) these players will continue to play in the league until they hit 24, Once they have reached 24 the sim will automatically release them from the rosters. Every year there will be new players that are available to sign in September.
Each manager is required to monitor their roster to assure open spaces are being filled
The flow of this league is uncomplicated as there will be no financials to deal with or "trading", It comes down to just straight managing, Not who has the most money
Article III - Management Expectations
Managers are expected to export rosters in a timely and regular fashion (once a week is acceptable)
Managers are expected to be aware of their rosters and deal with injuries, etc.. and take appropriate actions
Managers are expected to visit the forum in a regular fashion to keep up with events
And lastly, The biggie - Managers are required to post articles regularly (at least weekly), And prior to the start of the next season post a "media guide" about their team. I would welcome as much writing in this league as possible, Writing keeps people engaged and makes the league more interesting. These writing requirements are a must and if you do not like writing please do not apply[/b]
Article IV - Team Relocations / Future Consideration
Teams may petition to relocate to any other institution after they have a couple seasons in. No team may relocate without the approval of the commission - Petitions are not guarenteed but will all be reviewed for approval.
The league schedule will eventually change to 66 games (about what is played currently)
The league may if enough interest is shown and can be supported by waiting lists expand to up to 24 teams
These rules are subject to future change / modification as required - Any change will require a majority vote by the league managers before they will be implemented
This is the premise for the league 15 spots open - Notre Dame has been spoken for
