I guess Cleveland would qualify as a decent or borderline good team. I thought about managing the Rays, but though better of it when I saw they has a only budget of 30 million
. Maybe that will be a challenge for another day. I also like managing the AL better because they got the DH rule. Huge fan of homers and RBIs. Sad to see your Oakland Dynasty end prematurely. As for a rebuild why not do the '09 Padres. I always wanted to manage them, but can't get OOTP X.
