I don't know much about RSS, but when I look at my blog, there is an option called "View RSS Feed."

That appears to be the RSS feeds of everthing, but you can also subscribe to an individual blog. We could test some of this out. If someone subscribes to my blog, I can post something new tonight, and you can tell me if you get notified!  |
I can confirm that you can subscribe to the RSS feed by clicking the View RSS Feed and then adding it to Google Reader. Pretty cool.
