Yes this data is available. It has never been posted because no one was interested.

I added every Japan league player into the db, that added about 6,000 players so now the db contains around 23,084 players and 97,551 minor league or japanese or mexican or cuban or negro league seasons.

Keep in mind that none, zip, zero, nil, nada of the data will import into OOTP without changing league and team ID's.

I'll send it to PadresFans site for postering in a day or three, as soon as I get home. I'm in NYC visiting my granddaughter the next couple of days. Gonna see "Wicked" too.
