Trade Fodder
Often even on "hard" trades can be had by throwing in more and more players that the AI is going to have to cut or waive anyway.
I propose the AI has a sort of temporary roster memory which in evaluating the trade actually simulates the trade's aftermath, and any waived or released players will be counted as a negative in terms of salary taken on, but as a zero (as in no positive effect) in terms of talent added to a trade.
This would make it still possible to trade these extra fodder players, but the AI will consider the money lost in cutting them as a negative, but it may still think the trade is fair. And to re-iterate there is no way it should consider any potentially waived players as positive value for a trade.
