An easier way is to post your schedule request in the Schedules subforum in the OOTP 9 Mods forum. (OOTP 9 schedule files can be used without issue in OOTP 10.) Board member gmo should be able to put together a schedule file to suit your needs; he's a wizard at doing custom schedule requests.
