OWNER CONFIDENCE SCORE YEAR 1: The team had 85 wins last year, we had 76 this year, leaving me with an owner confidence score of 41.

That means, that in order to keep my job next year we need to:

1. Make the playoffs and/or
2. Win 97 games

Needless to say, I have my work cut out for me. Time to get to work.
