I need help with these:

1) The nation populations are showing as negative numbers as I had started with billions of people per 'nation'. I changed the values to be millions but it is still showing up as negative values

2) Some cities are showing up with a 'box' character where a space in the city name should be

3) I set long./lat. as whole values 35,35/111,111/etc. Do these need to be decimal?

4) The 'cities' listed for Citadel are not searchable when you try and associate a club from that nation to a city in the 'Options & Ballpark' section.
