Riddle me this, Batman?
I've seen a couple mentions in this thread about signing FAs or trading at a couple various positions (I think 2B and SP came up). Do the Twins ever do this? I admit I don't follow the Twins, but I certainly can't name even a moderate FA they've signed in recent years. I guess Joe Crede maybe?
I can't imagine they are going to drop $10mil/yr on even a Jake Westbrook-type third starter (I use him only because I know he makes $10mil). Let alone an actual difference maker.
They only scenario I could envision would be a Nathan for prospects trade. I can't imagine anyone would pay much for Michael Cuddyer.
My uneducated two cents as a fellow AL Central follower. Carry on.
