April 6th-10th vs Cleveland Indians at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
Game 1, Att:48,984
The game couldn't have started better for us, Kinsler and Saltamacchia both hit solo home runs in the first 2 inns also at that point Millwood was pitching well 6 strikeouts in the first 3 inns. Then it all went wrong the Indians shut us down and Millwood became less effective and started leaking runs and hits.
Game 2, Att:48,638
The pattern for this game followed the 1st we got out the gate quickly and got Carmona out of the game in the 4th inns, it was nip and tuck until the Indians blew it open in the top of the 6th and we had no reply they added an insurance run in the top of the 9th, but they needen't have bothered as Wood pitched a 1-2-3 9th.
Game 3, Att:42,610
Again it was like watching a rerun of the other 2 games, but this time it was the Indians that started fast, at one stage it looked like we were going to be shut out, but then in the 6th we remembered how to hit, some solid bullpen pitching helped protect the lead and Perez recorded his first save since joining us.
