INAUGURAL ABC TEAMS ANNOUNCED

It is 1871 and the game of baseball is slowly taking the United States by storm! 8 business men, from 8 major cities across the country have formed the American Baseball Congress to entertain the citizens of America! These 8 teams will begin their season in April.

Let's introduce the 8 teams that will be the charter members of the ABC!

First up, we have the franchise that makes their home in Baltimore, the Baltimore Canaries!

Next, it is a pleasure to introduce the team hailing from Boston, the Boston Red Stockings!

Third will be the Buffalo franchise, the Buffalo Bisons!

Next up, the first midwestern team from Chicago, the Chicago White Stockings!

Joining Chicago from the midwest will be the Cincinnati Reds!

Next is the team making the Big Apple their home, the New York Mutuals!

With only 2 teams left, we have the team from the Liberty City, the Philadelphia Keystones!

And finally, last but certainly not least, we have the team representing the nation's capital, the Washington Nationals!

Good luck to these teams as we head into the Inaugural Draft!
